Committe	Professional Learning Communities (PLC) Committee Member Involved: 1. Mohd Azam bin Supandi Coach) 2. Derwati  binti Bujang ( Coachee )
Objectives	-        Increase the performance of pupils in the subject that is taught. -        Applying critical thinking skills in teaching and learning. -        Planning and using strategies.
Collaborative Tool	Peer Coaching
Strength	-        The coach & coachee work together to achieve the target for the Peer Coaching program.
Weaknesses	-        No Science teacher with a minimum of 5 years of teaching experience to help guide the teachers.
Results	-        Pupils can understand and apply the knowledge that they gained during studying sessions in order to produce their individuals project..
Suggestion for improvement	-        The implementation of PLC can improve students' knowledge if planned correctly and implemented in each class from the beginning of the year and included in the school activity calendar.
