Evaluation process on Classroom-Based Assessment
(CBA) or Pentaksiran Bilik Darjah (PBD) for the second phase of 2023/2024
school term using the Item Analysis Method. There’s still a room for
improvement so that the pupils could achieve at least Level 3 for their
Mastery Level (ML) or widely known as Tahap Penguasaan (TP). Through the Data Analysis, teachers could collaborate and find suitable alternatives to elevate the pupils’ performance level. |

STRATEGY
(STRATEGI) 1. Collaboration
with members of the panel regarding the obtained PBD data. 2. Setting the Expected Targeted
Result (ETR) to ensure the pupils could increase in their Take of Value
(TOV). 3. Question and Answer (QnA) session
between panel members regarding pupils’ readiness for mathematics classes. 4. Study the potential reasons
behind pupils not being able to achieve at least TP3 in PBD for Mathematics across all class. |

PRACTICE SHARING (PERKONGSIAN AMALAN TERBAIK) 1. Each Mathematics teacher identify problems faced
by the pupils who did not achieve at least a score of TP3 in their PBD. 2. Find the best alternatives and
methods to increase pupils’ performance in their assessment. 3. Brainstorming ideas on classroom
practices. 4. A few methods are identified and
will be implemented to increase pupils’ performance. One of them includes
implementing mentor mentee program. ( Each Mathematics teacher mentoring 1 year 5
pupils) 5. Updated data will be shared
amongst panel members after the first phase of PBD are recorded. |
